Bravura Bourbon Barrel-Aged Canis Major 2020

This Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale began its journey as an imperialized version of our beloved Buster’s Brown Ale. Increasing the malt and sugar yield of the original beer; the body, flavor, and aroma also realized a hefty increase in expression. The end result is a full-bodied brown ale rich with oak barrel and bourbon notes, as well as satisfying brown ale chocolate and caramelized malt character.
